Straight answers.

What's your MOQ?

Custom production starts at 100 pcs (small batch tier 100–500). Sample lots run 1–10 pcs. US warehouse stock pouches have no batch minimum beyond standard pack quantities — pricing is quoted from 100 pcs.

How long is the lead time?

US stock items ship in 3 days. Standard custom runs 15–25 days production. Complex custom with sampling is 25–40 days. Air express adds 5–8 days to major cities; sea freight to the US East Coast adds 30–40 days.

Do you offer free samples?

No — samples are paid. We don't do free sampling, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than waste your time. Sample lots (1–10 pcs) are produced in 3–7 days and quoted per project; sample cost plus shipping is confirmed in writing before we start. If you just want to feel the material, ordering a small run of an existing US stock pouch is the fastest and cheapest way to get real product in hand.

Can I print my own logo and design?

Yes — full OEM/ODM. Flexo, gravure and digital printing, Pantone matching, full CMYK and spot color, Spot UV, soft-touch, hot foil, emboss/deboss and die-cut. Send AI/PDF artwork, or just your logo and we build the dieline free.

Do you ship from the US?

Yes. We hold stock in California and New Jersey with 1–3 day domestic shipping, and the same hub handles Amazon FBA replenishment. Bulk custom orders can also be routed into the US warehouse so you restock domestically instead of waiting on ocean freight.

Which certifications do you have?

Our materials are third-party tested to FDA food-contact, RoHS, REACH (250-substance), EC food contact and CE, with reports issued by CTGS, SGS, Bureau Veritas and Eurber. Reports are issued to our contracted manufacturing partners for the specific materials tested — tell us your exact material and we'll send the matching full PDF.
